Intellectual Property

Payment and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Free tier usage is subject to fair use policies.
Limitation of Liability
Vilazer Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Services are provided 'as is' without warranties beyond those stated.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. We will provide data export for 30 days after termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh. We encourage resolving disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
